We offer guidance on the installation and maintenance of Diseno PVC flooring.

Installation Methods of Diseno PVC Sports Flooring:
1.       Movable Installation
The pieces of flooring are cemented together with the special linking belts recommended by Diseno company, but the flooring should not be glued to the ground surface so as to facilitate moving in case of future need.
2.       Immovable Installation
(1)    Partial cementation: Starting from the verge of the flooring pieces, paint glue 10cm inward for cementation.
(2)    Whole cementation: Paint glue on the whole ground under the flooring for cementation.
 
Detailed Instruction
1.       The ground for laying the flooring should be level and clean.
2.       The pieces of flooring should be arranged in fixed order and aligned; make sure that the flooring be aligned with the arena lines.
3.       Lift up two neighbouring flooring pieces along the gap, place the special linking belts recommended by Diseno company at the lower part of the gap, and paint some glue on the linking belts. Then make one of the two flooring pieces glued to half of the linking belt and the other one to the rest part. Finally tighten up the two pieces to minimize the gap at the joint.
 
Tips for Maintenance
1.       Never step on the arena with leather shoes, high-heel shoes or sports shoes whose colour easily fade.
2.       Never cut, squeeze or press the flooring. The flooring surface should not be abraded by hard objects to avoid damage.
3.       Never use corrosive chemicals like acid and alkali on the flooring and keep the flooring off fire and high temperature to avoid deformation.
